The original red-painted brick, while vibrant, had begun to show signs of age, cracking, and uneven color fading — especially on high-traffic street-facing walls.

To restore its charm while reinforcing durability, the building was coated in the sleek and modern Gunmetal tone. F08 provided not only a fresh and contemporary look but also enhanced insulation, weather protection, and breathability for the old brick façade.
