Any agreements, warranties, or disputes arising from services rendered are strictly between the customer and the independent contractor.
Vipeq Canada’s 15-year warranty applies exclusively to the Thermal CorkShield™️ product itself from failures or major inconsistences and does not cover installation practices. Customers should confirm warranty terms directly with the Installer for any installation-related guarantees.
We also recommend that customers conduct their own due diligence, including verifying credentials, insurance coverage, and references, before engaging with any contractor.
